Data we collect
The registration form collects only the information required for the field-trial project:
- Contact details of the person responsible (name, email, phone)
- Farm name and address data (country, canton/region, postal code)
- Trial details (crops, sowing/planting time, current biostimulant use)
- Language preference and consent declaration
Purposes of processing
Your data is used for the following purposes:
- Contacting and supporting participating farms
- Planning, coordination and scientific monitoring of the field trials
- Collaboration with project partners Agroscope, FiBL and Innosuisse
- Information about project progress and results
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 13 FADP) and our legitimate interest in carrying out and documenting the field-trial project. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Storage location and transfer
Data is stored in Lovable Cloud (operated via Supabase) in the European Union. Data is not transferred to countries without an adequate level of data protection.
Retention period
We retain your data for as long as necessary for project execution and documentation, usually until completion of the 2027/2028 field-trial project. After that, data is deleted or anonymised unless a legal retention obligation applies.
Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about the data we hold about you, as well as the right to:
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure of your data
- Restriction of processing
- Objection to processing
- Data portability
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the site are used.
Processors
We use Lovable Cloud (Supabase) as a processor to provide this website and store registration data. Additional service providers are only engaged when necessary for operation or communication.
Security
We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS), database row-level security and access restrictions limited to the project team.
Changes
We reserve the right to update this data protection policy as needed. The current version is always available on this page.
